Fascias, Soffits and Guttering

Long-Lasting Fascias, Soffits and guttering to keep your house looking attractive while being functional

Wood has traditionally been used to enhance a home’s exterior. Fascias, bargeboards, soffits, and cladding – it’s surprising how much timber there is on the outside of most houses.

The trouble with this is, as well as your guttering and down-pipes, it all needs regular maintenance to stave off the problems of rot, rust, mould and insects – let alone keeping it looking smart and clean.

If you look at most wood bargeboards, soffits and cladding after about five years of being constructed, you will see that the ravages of nature are taking hold.

Timber has a natural product which is always trying to degrade. Unless regular and continued protection from paint or preservatives you will see the wood rot. With a product made from a UV stabilized material, there is no maintenance other than occasionally washing the surfaces down from atmospheric dusts and grime.

White

These are guaranteed not to warp, crack, split or discolour, so as you can see once up there they are going to last. They come in a traditional finish as well as a classical looking ogee style for the house that is Victorian or is a younger property with a Victorian style.

Rosewood

Rosewood is one of the world’s most desirable of hardwoods. We have faithfully replicated the look of this beautiful material but in zero maintenance, long lasting UPVC, enhancing and improving the style and look of your home.

Light Oak

Golden Oak fascias are produced in a bright, welcoming shade and beautifully match the look of real wood, but in UPVC, so you have none of the worries and inconvenience of timber. They are a perfect match for anybody who has Light Oak Windows to finish off the properties appearance.
